Yoona Issues?

I'm kind of new, so I'm not sure if it's just my computer or something but when I was trying to do Yoona's quest on Maple Island (that's the one where you go to the Cash Shop and you look for the Cash Shop Beginner Book item thing) I kept trying to buy it but every time I tried it just wouldn't let me.
